Timing/Results: AllSports Timing. Runners will be wearing DTag Bibs with timing chips in them.

 

Parking & Spectator Info:

Most Parking Will Be Offsite at Regents High School. Please let spectators know that they will be taking a shuttle to site. Team buses are drop off only. Spectators must stay toward the start/finish due to construction.

Course:

Each race will start on the hockey field adjacent to the stadium track. The course terrain is fairy flat and fast primarily over mowed grass and mulch.  Spikes and racing flats will be appropriate. There is construction fencing errected along many parts of the course.

Day of Event Schedule:

 

6:30 AM Check-in Opens          

7:00 Coaches Meeting

 

6:00 – 7:20 AM Course open for warm-up and walk thrus

We encourage everyone (all the teams) to walk the course before the first race otherwise; it will be close for safety reasons.

 

6:30 am Check opens in at St. Andrew’s Registration Table

7:00 am Coaches Meeting

7:30am: 4-5A Girls varsity 2 miles

8:00am: 4-5A Boys Varsity 3 Miles

8:30am: 1-3A Girls Varsity 2 miles

9:00am: 1-3A Boys varsity 3 miles

9:30am: 4-5A JV Girls 2 miles

10:00am: 4-5A JV Boys 3miles

10:30 am: 1-3A JV Girls 2miles

11:00am 1-3A JV boys 3 miles

12:15 Awards Ceremony

 

Concessions will be open at 6:30 with drinks and breakfast tacos. Coaches will be provided a light breakfast in the cafeteria.

Restrooms are located in concession building and in gym.

Dryfit Event Shirts are available for  $13 

 

 

Team Entry Allowances:

Entry allowances are made based on the expected number of teams per division and are made in order to keep each race safe.

4- 5A Division:

Varsity Teams: 7 Runners allowed

Junior Varsity Teams: 10 Runners allowed

 

1-3A Division:

Varsity Teams: 7 Runners allowed

Junior Varsity Teams: 10 Runners allowed

 

 

Entries Fees:

Deadline for registration is September 7, 2011 at midnight. Entry fees will run $75/ per Competing Team (Boys Varsity, Boys JV, Girl’s Varsity, Girl’s JV). No individual, non-team runners will be allowed.
